Batteries

AGC Power's battery technologies span over various domains from grid energy storage to defense applications. We have 7 patents in this space and continue to develop many other new I/P that creates significant tangible value for AGC Power as a startup.

Lithium-Zinc Air Batteries

Our composite metal air battery patent allows us to build tunable batteries that can be modified for fire safety; energy density; and performance many times higher than a traditional Li-ion or LFP batteries. We have developed our own proprietary membranes and Ai-based BMS system for this application.

Betavoltaics

We are changing the dynamics of the battery world by creating kW scale radioisotope based batteries that can last up to 30 hears without the need to recharge. These batteries use unique semiconductor configuration to yield higher throughput and performance. Our predictive modeling software yields world record efficiencies in the betavoltaics world. We are working with DoD to commercialize our technology and have applied for various grants.

Multi-Layered Betavoltaic Morphology with Spintronics for MRAM and LED Devi

This filing expands upon the core betavoltaic architecture to create a new class of self-powered spintronic devices. It covers the integration of lanthanide doping (e.g., Gadolinium, Europium) into the quantum wells to create a "spin filter". This enables the device to simultaneously harvest nuclear energy and output a spin-polarized electrical current, with direct applications for driving Magnetoresistive Random-Access Memory (MRAM).
